Otto Delph is a seasoned entrepreneur and the founder of multiple successful ventures based in Florida. Born and raised in Sarasota, Otto brings a deep understanding of the local market paired with a forward-thinking approach to business development and leadership.
With a strong track record of building and scaling companies,

Otto is known for his strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and commitment to delivering results. His business philosophy centers on innovation, integrity, and fostering long-term relationships—with clients, partners, and team members alike.

Outside of his professional life, Otto is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time outdoors. He’s an avid car racing enthusiast and fisherman, passions that reflect his competitive spirit and love for the Florida lifestyle.

Ashley Delph

Ashley Delph is the Co-founder and driving force behind the scenes of Remodeling Florida LLC, bringing a unique blend of hometown values, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer-focused leadership to every aspect of the business. Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Ashley takes pride in serving the community she knows and loves with dedication and integrity.

As a lifelong Florida native, Ashley’s deep local roots and commitment to excellence have played a key role in shaping her approach to business. She believes in creating meaningful connections, delivering exceptional service, and building a company that reflects both her personal values and professional standards.

Outside of her work, Ashley is a proud wife and devoted mother—roles that fuel her passion for creating a business that supports families and fosters lasting relationships in a beautiful home.

Remodeling Florida just finished a complete remodel of a bathroom in our late 1960’s ranch style home in west Bradenton. To say the bathroom was transformed is an understatement. We removed a tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower, installed a new vanity and granite countertop and installed all new tiling on the bathroom floor, the shower and the backsplash. Ashley and Otto Delph were terrific to work with. Ashley assisted my wife in selecting and matching various elements and Otto was very responsive and visible in managing the entire project. All of the team who worked on different specialties on the project were professional, cordial, responsive and knowledgeable and did quality work.
