This stunning transformation is one of our favorite before-and-after projects. Originally stuck in the 90’s, this 1994 home in the gated community of The Oaks was in desperate need of a major overhaul. Our clients dreamed of a winter home in Florida, but this house wasn’t their dream home—yet.

We reimagined the space with a modern tropical style, bringing fresh life and light into every room. A key change was removing a kitchen wall to create an open-concept living area, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The flow now invites everyone to gather comfortably and feel at home.

We also created the art studio of our client’s dreams—she’s an artist, and the space features a stunning custom door entrance that sets the tone for creativity and inspiration.

Additionally, the private Casita offers the ideal guest retreat—close enough to share the Florida sunshine but with plenty of privacy. This remodel turned a dated house into the perfect winter oasis, fulfilling our clients’ dream of relaxed, stylish Florida living.

Our remodel completely transformed the space, reimagining the layout to enhance functionality and flow. This1969 waterfront home on Anna Maria Island underwent a full remodel. After taking on over two feet of water during the back-to-back hurricanes of 2024, the property was in rough shape. But instead of walking away, the owner saw an opportunity—to restore and reimagine this classic island home into something truly special.
